My excitement in understanding what I was doing led me to discover the world of professional fitness in which I proudly became an Elite Fitness Coach, (Certified in Personal Fitness Training, Yoga, and Glutes Specialization). But beyond all the qualifications I also gathered tricks, tips, and styles combining my weight loss experience and the science of fitness. I learned that there's no one-fits-all-all for fitness advice. Each body has its own proportions and conditions adapted through time. Social media is great for finding information, but questionable to follow general fitness patterns. A personal fitness plan is entirely unique, it has to be precisely measured according to your body type, to be able to reach faster and healthwise goals.
